New year, new start

I’m not gonna lie. 2015 hasn’t been my year. A lot of negative things which happened made me stressed and anxious. I’ve always been a sensitive person and a worrier but because of what has happened, 2015 was extra tough. So…I’m pretty happy a new year has started. Being a little positive for a sec – I do feel like I’ve learned stuff about myself because of these things. Here’s what:

  1. It’s okay to be sad as long as it’s not every day.
  2. Running away from your problems don’t remove them.
  3. Friends and family will always help you.
  4. Changing your mindset from negative to positive isn’t easy, but worth it.
  5. Do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do.

Nr. 5 is a big one for me. You know when you want to do something but it’s not possible (for now)?

Never give up on something you really want. It’s difficult to wait, but more difficult to regret.

Stay positive and keep and open mind!
